Kelly DiGregorio has over two decades of experience building and growing businesses for some of the world’s most influential media and technology companies. Throughout her career, she has forged strategic partnerships, led operational execution, supported creators and entrepreneurs, and developed ecosystems that enable innovation at scale.
Kelly earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Earlier in her career, she spent six of YouTube’s most formative growth years helping the platform pioneer new business models. She was named to the Producers Guild of America’s inaugural Digital V.I.P. list — alongside Mark Zuckerberg and Reed Hastings — for her work building the YouTube Partner Program. She also spearheaded partnerships for the YouTube Ads rollout, DoubleClick and Widevine integrations, mobile site and app releases, and YouTube Live and Google Play product launches. Kelly concurrently completed executive education programs at Stanford and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
After YouTube, Kelly was director of business development with Intel Corp’s Intel Media division, acquired by Verizon Communications in 2014. Later as a VP at Fox, Kelly ran biz dev & ops for the studio’s emerging technology division, working with partners like Google, HTC, Lenovo, Meta, Samsung, Sony, and Valve. Kelly held the same leadership role at Disney from the 2018 Fox Studios acquisition through Disney’s 2020 sale of the FoxNext division to Scopely. Since 2020, Kelly has held senior leadership roles guiding multiple high-growth, venture-backed startups through go-to-market and Series C+ stage business scaling.
Kelly has operated through three major acquisitions at Intel Corporation, 21st Century Fox, and The Walt Disney Company, and has been a senior leader at four startups that each raised between $425M and $1.7B in institutional venture capital. An expert on consumer, ecommerce, genAI, marketplaces, and media, Kelly holds a unique skillset at the intersection of business, creativity, and technology.
